We offer a quality and risk management process that is so often lacking when investment is allocated to a project pipeline, therefore avoiding wasted time and due diligence, or having to return your assigned and allocated investment to the market.

Rigorous due diligence

We have several years of experience of acquiring land and developing projects under the UK Feed-in Tariff and Renewable Obligations Certificates and we can offer superior projects that have completed true technical and planning due diligence to offer ‘best in class’ technologies and projects that provide investors with reliable yields.

Current understanding of incentives

The renewables sector has seen spectacular growth through the Feed-in Tariff. This long-term incentive, together with a floor price for exported electricity, is designed to increase the viability of renewable development and is index-linked to the Retail Price Index, which provides an average risk-adjusted unlevered real return of 5% to 8% per annum. In premium sites, returns can be significantly higher.

Since the FiT review, the cost of solar project construction has fallen so that it is now potentially viable to build solar farms under the reduced FiT or the Renewable Obligation Certificate regimes.  
 
The small/medium-scale wind sector has been unaffected by these tariff changes and the UK is considered one of the best wind resources in Europe.

Solid experience

We have already developed over 20 MW of solar sites in the UK and have 100+ MW in the pipeline. We have also installed over 100 wind turbines and always have a range of sites in development.
