TGC Renewables can work with you to develop your own ground or roof mounted solar project.
Solar tariffs are currently under review as part of the solar FiT fast track review but - in the right location - can still offer excellent returns on your investment.
Current tariffs offer excellent returns for projects up to 50kW - an area similar in size to a tennis court - but TGC can work with you on a project of any size.
Solar panel technology is proven to last up to 40 years, so by just selling electricity from years 25-40 long term yields are still attractive.
TGC Renewables provides a turn key solution in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Design, grid connection application and planning application
Following an initial site survey, we can design your system and submit applications to connect to the grid and get planning permission.
A system greater than 3.6kW will require three-phase electricity and our inhouse electrical team can work with you to check and develop this.
Phase 2: Construction
Our team of in house engineers are highly experienced in constructing renewable energy systems. We only provide "bankable" products that are reliable and have passed our technical due dilligence.
Constuction times are fast and involve limited disruption.
Once a system is commissioned the Feed in Tariff is locked in and certain for the 25 year period.
Phase 3: Service
Servicing requirements and costs are minimal.
PV systems are highly reliable. However, banks often require a service contract to ensure that the system is always working and the projected returns are achieved.
TGC Renewables can offer you a long term service contract to give you peace of mind.
Standard returns are 5-8% index linked for 25 years.In certain circumstances returns can be higher.
